Students at a Leeds school have been getting all wrapped up in the Asian Leader, quite literally in fact - all in the name of science.

The Year 9 physics lesson at Allerton Grange School was all about pressure, and how forces are concentrated or spread out, and the students needed to measure the total area of their skin. The school's Head of Science teacher Craig Baker joked: "I'm not allowed to skin students, so the next best thing is to create an artificial skin of newspaper, and measure that."
So student volunteers were cocooned in copies of the Asian Leader, which were then peeled off and measured. Mr Baker said: "It's a great way for students to learn, because everyone is involved in a practical way. It's so much better than sitting behind a desk, and they never forget the day I took their skin off!"
Jahmal Joof, one of the volunteer students, said: "It wasn't very comfortable, but it was fun and really helped to fix the lesson in my mind."
